Our last real day in AZ. Church in the morning for both services which included some VBS wrap up with the little kids, Ben and Mandy getting their hair dyed green, and Ben sharing with the church about everything that happened with the Love of God tour. Some of our kids also shared about their perspective, what they learned and how they grew.Great message by Ben wrapping up the week in terms of risk, loving neighbors and moving in faith. Amadeo has a very very tight community - that's a big thing our kids learned from this expression of a local church.
Sunday evening included a pool party and a final session where the leaders anointed and pray over the students. Absolutely one of my favorite ways to cement a week like this.
