One non-negotiable of Ember's summer teams is that support letters have to look beautiful. We want them to look like someone took a lot of time and energy in putting them together and that the readers are hopefully impressed when they open them. Tess has taken all the responsibility for multiple years for helping guide students to not only write good letters but make them beauuuuutiful.
